Violence Fog, a very short-lived but powerful psychedelic rock band from Baden-Baden, Germany, formed in 1969. Their music mixed raw, fuzz-laden guitar tones and British/American-influenced bluesy solos into a sound that ranged from energetic riffing to moody and hypnotic psych jams. The group was growing in notoriety when they recorded five numbers at SWF Radio's Studio U1 in Baden-Baden on April 23, 1971, documenting their energetic interplay of dizzying dual-lead guitars, volume dynamics, and a vibey rhythm section. AGR proudly presents these captivating recordings, available on vinyl for the first time ever.
